For those extra special occasions, sometimes you need more than a regular table booking. The Clubroom offers a stylish, private setting for celebrations, group dining, buffet and drinks receptions, meetings and special events.
Our bespoke Clubroom can seat up to 45 guests for a meal, or host up to 60 guests for a private buffet and drinks reception.
Designed with privacy and comfort in mind, the Clubroom features park views, luxurious leather seating and a relaxed atmosphere, giving you the perfect setting to celebrate, gather or entertain.

FAQs
What is the minimum number of guests we can book the Clubroom for privately?
Our Clubroom can be booked privately for a minimum of 30 guests for a meal and minimum of 40 guests for a buffet and drinks reception
Can we book the conservatory or outdoor terrace privately?
The only area of Black Ivy that we are able to book for private use would be our Clubroom space, suitable for up to 60 guests socially or up to 45 for a sit-down meal. Sadly, we do not offer any other areas privately.
I need to cancel my booking, is the deposit refundable?
Our deposits are non refundable once the booking has been confirmed. Depending on the circustances of the cancellation and the notice given, we may be able to look at options to move this to another date and the deposit can be used towards bar spend.
Can children order on the day?
Yes, children are more than welcome to order on the day.
We have a lot of dietary requirements to cater for, can this be accommodated?
Of course, we are always happy to create bespoke menus and packages to ensure all dietary requirements are catered for
Do you have any private spaces available for drinks only?
We don’t have any private spaces for drinks only, however we can certainly book space in our bar area for a more informal event with no buffet or food pre ordered.
